Choose the meal before the distinction
Tatsu and Mamani each hold One Star. The Bib Gourmand recognizes good food at good value. Selected restaurants appear in the guide without a Star or Bib. Lucia is Selected in 2026, so an older Bib label would be wrong.
Check the actual restaurant and year
This is the selection represented in our current Dallas collection, rather than a claim to list every North Texas awardee. Goldee’s new Star belongs to Fort Worth. A Dallas hotel award is also different from a restaurant distinction.
